“English” won outstanding play, “Kimberly Akimbo” won outstanding musical, as well as outstanding performer and featured performer in a musical, and “Twilight Los Angeles 1992” won best revival at the 37th Annual Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway. Four women swept the individual performing categories, which for the first time did not distinguish by gender. “Oratorio for Living Things” won three awards, for best director, best ensemble and best sound design.
