“From this place on this wall, I see ALL,” Tom Hanks wrote on his caricature during a ceremony at Sardi’s. The restaurant has been putting caricatures of Broadway performers on its walls since the 1920’s. How does it fit all of them? It doesn’t. Hundreds have been donated to the New York Library for the Performing Arts.
