As of now, Broadway shows are going on as planned. How many people will actually attend them is a different question.
Some theaters are offering snow deals: Both Picnic and the Mystery of Edwin Drood will cost only $20 if you show a Metro card at the box office. The Classic Stage Company’s revival of Sondheim and Lapine’s “Passion” is offering last-minute tickets for $35.
