Ah, remember 2012? Here are the most-read stories on this blog in 2012, and the top ten theater-related stories of the year, some of which were deeply weird.

Broadway Theater Guide Spring 2013 – So far, 19 shows with opening dates and theaters. This will change.
Peter and the Starcatcher will closed as planned on Broadway on January 20th. But it producers now say it will reopen sometime this Spring Off-Broadway at New World Stages.
Another Wicked box office record: $2.95 million for 9 performances. 2012 was its 9th year as highest-grossing Bway show
Remember Ben (“I was raped, I was duped”) Sprecher, lead producer of Rebecca? He retains the rights to show, “plans” 2013 opening
