I used to hold an annual Worst Broadway Show poll as counterbalance to the Top 10 lists I also post annually; the last such poll was Worst Broadway Show of the Decade in December 2019. I’m reviving the poll but with two changes: 1. I also offer a reader poll for Best Broadway Show of the year. 2. Rather than nominating the Bottom 10, as I did in the past, I include all those shows that opened on Broadway in 2023, which feels fairer.

The shows are organized chronologically by their opening nights.
