#HamiltonTownHall: The Zoom Where It Happened

We got many questions that we’ll be answering tonight, “most of them about Jonathan Groff’s spit,” Tommy Kail,  the director of “Hamilton,” announced at the outset of a 90-minute virtual “Hamilton Town Hall” fundraiser for Presidential candidate Joe Biden last night, which drew an online audience of some 100,000 donors. Groff didn’t actually answer any questions, although he did appear briefly during the singing finale wearing a paper crown with the words “Biden/Harris” inked in.
