A dozen cartoonists offer their take on the Presidential debate between Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump, which is happening tonight for 90 minutes starting at 9 p.m EST,  at Philadelphia’s National Constitution Center, but without an audience — other than the millions watching on ABC, which is the host network, as well as CNN, CBS, Fox News, NBC, CNBC, MSNBC, PBS and BBC.
