Fun quiz. I got the most revived question wrong ( Thinking it was The Glass Menagerie) but I hope you realize that in terms of different productions The Cherry Orchard only eeked out The Glass Menagerie by one. Going by IBDB productions 1-4 were the same production, as were 6& 7 , and 9 & 10 and 13 & 14. And two of the other productions were strictly limited runs by visiting companies. (One in Russian and another a 4 day run from a regional theatre in California as part of an ANTA season of short runs from the regions. So techincally yeah Chekov ( and it’s been around 45 years longer) wins but for actual productions on Broadway I think it’s Glass Menagerie.
Yes, most people by far have been answering The Glass Menagerie. But kindly look at the wording of my question: “Which one has been revived the most frequently on Broadway?” — not “which one has had the most productions that were not limited runs?”
In any case, I’m glad you enjoyed the quiz!
